What a great post, I started yoga about a month ago hoping to help the ol' bones and really enjoying it, hoping to keep it up and make it a part of my routine. Can I ask you though, do you ever go when you have anything swollen? I went yesterday with a stupid swollen finger, it wasn't particularly sore and I didn't feel justified missing my practice for one measly finger joint :D But still worried I was doing unseen harm to the joint...
Also, how many times a week do you think is best to practice?
