Last Friday evening, four Sick Chicks made their way out to Pierr 66 on the Hudson despite the threat of rain and the havoc that it can wreak on a rheumatic joint. Once again, it was so great to sit in the company of other women dealing with many of the same issues and talking about our frustrations, funny experiences and ideas for changing the face of RA.
Here are a few great photos of the evening, taken by Sick Chick Clubber Jodi McKee, resident Sick Chick Club photographer. (Sadly, since we were outside, there aren't too many of us as it got too dark!)
Next Sick Chick Club NYC activity: A Sick Chick Picnic in the Park! Are you going to be around the 2nd weekend in July? If so, let me know, and come join the fun. Exact date TBD, but it will be either July 11th or 12th in Central Park.
