Ack! Why do we all feel the need to push so hard. I'm down in an exercise induced flare...seriously, I exercised to much and made myself flare...what is that all about?

I hope you have a great time in NOLA...eat some good food for me, I'll diet for you!

Dieting in New Orleans is a SIN!! And not the type people usually come here for. Darn, it's supposed to rain this weekend, too. Otherwise the temp is perfect. Hope you get to see a St. Pat parade! Watch for the flying cabbages, tho. They can hurt if you're not watching!! If you can, be in the quarter tonight for this parade. It's very bizarrely New Orleans. Might see you there!

"Mixing up the usual male-only parading, Jim Monaghan's Irish Parade will include such lovely ladies as the Big Easy Rollergirls and the Camel Toe Lady Steppers as it rolls Friday, March 13, at 6 p.m. Green-clad riders in horse-drawn carriages, led by the Storyville Stompers marching band and the Kazoozie Floozies music group, will start and end at Molly's at the Market, 1107 Decatur St., going down Decatur to Bienville to Burgundy to Conti to Bourbon to Gov. Nicholls streets along the way."

Melissa-I hope you spent the weekend eating kale and brown rice because I definitely splurged and then splurged some more! god it was so worth it, though.

Kadie-I missed the parade, though I was in the FQ right before it began so I saw everyone walking around in their St. Patrick's day fare! Luckily, I did not get hit by any flying vegetables! It was great to be here, rain and all.
