'So here I am again. The start of a new year, which means it’s time to climb back onto the New Year’s resolutions bandwagon. I mean, what else is January good for? In New York City, it’s too cold and gloomy outside to want to do much of anything else. It’s the perfect time of year to reflect, regroup and make a fresh start.
Or so I always think.'

I resolve that instead of being sorry something is over, I will be glad that it happened!

Sara,
I'm researching blogs for a new Internet marketing campaign. Your blog popped up on my Google Alerts. Thought you'd like to know how I got here.
I find your blog very interesting and well written. I wish you success keeping your RA under control.
I have osteoarthritis. I've been to doctors and I've been on meds. But, the meds weren't helping and the side effects made them intolerable. I'm doing better with alternative things like gentle exercise, rest and supplements.
Good luck with your New Year resolutions. I hope the acupuncture helps. I wish you peace, health, happiness and prosperity in 2009 and beyond.
