After my last post on rheumatoid arthritis treatments (mostly on ones that I myself have encountered), Liz from Creakyjoints.org wrote to let me know about this great, non-brand specific video they've made about infusion therapy. I've not yet had the pleasure of doing this myself, so I can't tell you what it's like, but if you are curious about it or about to do it and want to see what it's like first, head over to Creaky Joints to find out more.

After a week of pretty bad fatigue, I decided it was time to get myself some bodywork. I went for an hour-long reflexology appointment here, and my god, it was absolute bliss. Whether you have RA, another autoimmune disease, or are perfectly healthy and just want to feel amazing for an hour, I would highly recommend reflexology. It's like your average foot rub tripped out on ecstasy. Who doesn't want that?

Hi,Rheumatoid Arthritis is an auto immune disease, which is characterized by inflammation in the lining of the joints and only affects 1 to 2 percent of the population.

Yes, I'm very aware of that, since I have it. . .
